For shipping within Germany we charge shipping costs of €4.90.

From an order value of €50.00, shipping within Germany is free of charge for you!

This low shipping flat rate is independent of the quantity, size and weight of your ordered items and consists not only of the postage from our shipping partner HERMES for parcel shipping with tracking, but also includes cardboard, packaging material and processing.

We currently ship within Germany, with the exception of the German islands.

Other European countries will follow shortly.

The parcels are transported and delivered by HERMES , with delivery generally from Monday to Saturday.

Unfortunately, HERMES cannot deliver to packing stations, post offices and PO boxes!

We ship the items from Monday to Friday. If you order on a working day before 10 a.m., we will often ship your order on the same day, but no later than the next working day. Depending on the distance to our shipping point in Hamburg, you can expect a delivery time within Germany of approx. 1 - 4 working days after placing your order. On Sundays and public holidays, the goods are neither shipped nor delivered.

Shipping Information
After your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with your invoice and a shipping confirmation with the package number for tracking your own shipment. This allows you to track the status and whereabouts of the consignment online at any time and thus easily ensure that the order is accepted smoothly.

HERMES will also inform you continuously by e-mail about the status of the goods delivery. As soon as the parcel has reached the delivery depot, you will receive a message with the expected delivery date of the order.

Please ensure that the shipment is accepted as soon as possible.

If you already know that you will not be able to accept the delivery at the predicted delivery time/date, HERMES offers you further free delivery options in the shipment tracking with which you can arrange the acceptance of the shipment according to your wishes.

In this way, you can easily have the shipment sent to your own place of work or to a neighbor in advance, issue a parking permit or forward the package directly to a Hermes parcel shop of your choice for flexible collection.
